Please review the following payment terms and refund rules carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. Payment Terms

a) Full payment for a selected course/program must be made at the time of enrollment, unless a written payment plan or EMI option has been approved by CloudyData.

b) If a program includes a trial or preview period, access to that trial will be granted only after the required payment is completed.

c) Students must ensure that all provided payment details are valid and authorized for transaction processing.

2. Refund Policy

CloudyData provides a short trial consideration period for students to confirm their learning decision.

a) Cancellations may be requested within 2 days from the date of registration/enrollment.
No refund requests will be accepted after the completion of the 2-day trial period.

b) Refund approval is at the sole discretion of CloudyData and may be subject to applicable charges or administrative fees.

c) Once the trial period ends, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

● Non-attendance
● Change of personal circumstances
● Lack of participation after enrollment
● Delay in starting the program

d) Any approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

3. EMI, Finance Plans & Partial Payments

For students enrolled under EMI or installment-based plans:

All installments must be paid on or before the due dates.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to training, platforms, certificates, and placement services.

Any paid amount will not be refunded under EMI plans once the trial window has passed.

4.Batch enrollment and allocation may take up to 14 days, depending on the next available live batch schedule and seat availability.
